The Padel Foundations Program is a 4-week coaching course designed to take beginners and low-intermediate players from the basics to confident match play. Across one session per week, you’ll build strong fundamentals in technique, positioning, shot selection, and court awareness — all in a supportive, structured learning environment. This program is ideal if you want to improve faster, feel more comfortable in games, and develop the skills needed to step into social sessions, leagues, and competitive match play with confidence.
