The Bayleys Padel Open is a club-run Tier 2 event sanctioned by Padel New Zealand. Official Padel New Zealand Tier 2 ranking points will be awarded in accordance with the Padel New Zealand Ranking System.
Matches will be played in accordance with the Padel New Zealand Sanctioned Competition Framework, the Standards & Formats, and the Padel New Zealand Rules of Padel.

Reflects the guaranteed match minimums (4 for men’s teams, 3 for women’s). Player Licence ($25 for the annual term) is a separate purchase — see the Player Licence section below.
All players must hold a current Padel New Zealand Player Licence (2026/27, valid 1 July 2026 – 30 June 2027) to compete. Licences are $25 per player per year and must be purchased before registrations close.
A current Player Licence is a condition of entry.
The event runs on Padel Park’s tournament software — a live online scoreboard players and spectators can follow in real time, with automated notifications to players in upcoming matches if their court is running early or late. This lets us account for natural variation in match length and adjust timing to protect players’ rest between matches.
