How many people does the boardroom seat?

Up to 12 seated, comfortably. The room has three separate modular tables that can be assembled however suits your meeting — classic boardroom style, T-shape, three clustered tables for workshops, or split for breakouts.

What AV equipment is included?

Everything you need is in the base rate: 65” TV on wheels, HDMI and USB-C connectivity, wireless casting from any device, fibre WiFi, whiteboard, flipchart and stationery. No hidden extras.

Can I bring my own catering?

Yes — you have three options: use our on-site kitchen to prep and hold food yourself, use our local caterer (enquire for their menu), or bring your own from a nearby cafe or takeaway. Whichever suits.

Is there parking on site?

Yes — free on-site parking right at the door, including disabled parking bays. No CBD meters, no walk from a distant lot.
