Shot-focused learning. Build your game one key skill at a time.

Coaching + play. Learn the shot, then use it in match situations.

Level-based grouping. Get coaching that suits your stage of development.

Confidence on court. Improve technique, tactics, and decision-making each week.

Rise & Rally is a weekly padel development session built for players who want more than just court time.

Each session gives you the best of both worlds: one hour of focused coaching followed by one hour of match play, so you take what you learn and use it in real game situations straight away. With a maximum of just three players and costing $40, you get plenty of individual attention and court time with your coach.

Every week centres around a Shot of the Week, giving you the chance to go deeper into one important area of the game at a time. Sessions cover the key technical details of the shot — grip, movement, positioning, timing, and decision-making — before progressing into guided drills and game-based scenarios.

The programme works through the core shots of padel, including:

  • Week 1: Forehand
  • Week 2: Backhand
  • Week 3: The Lob
  • Week 4: Off the Back Glass
  • Week 5: Off the Side Glass
  • Week 6: The Chiquita

Rise & Rally is also linked to our Tactical Play session on Friday nights. If you attend both, you learn the shot technically on Wednesday morning and pressure-test it in live match play on Friday evening. Each session stands on its own though — you don't need to do both.

Whether you're looking to build consistency, understand the game better, or feel more confident in match play, Rise & Rally is a great way to improve each week in a structured and supportive setting.
